At Tanot Creation, we are committed to delivering quality ethnic wear with care and precision. Each product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. As our garments are handcrafted and made specifically for festive occasions, we do not offer returns for reasons such as personal dislike, size issues, or change of mind.

Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Then you are eligible to request a return.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at info@tanot.in with clear photos of the item and the issue

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return pickup and replacement or refund process.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Size ordered incorrectly

  • Minor color variation due to screen or lighting

  • Delivery delays by courier service

  • Any signs of usage, wear, or wash
