Refund Policy
At Tanot Creation, we take great care to ensure every product is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch. As our products are made-to-order or customized for festive and traditional wear, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, we do accept returns in the following condition:
Return Eligibility – Damaged or Defective Items Only
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos and details to info@tanot.in or WhatsApp support.
Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will guide you through the return process. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and successful inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Cases
